I am a HUGE P!nk fan. I am looking forward to getting Funhouse (maybe Santa will bring it).
I have all of her Cds 9even her early ones.
I love the early stuff produced by Linda Perry (of 4 Non Blondes fame).
Linda was her mentor.

I feel like the song "Who Knew" from her last CD before Funhouse (I'm Not Dead) was sung just for me :).

Thanks for the responses! I am tickled that others love this very gifted artist! Her latest "funhouse" is UFB. There is not ONE song that is bad IMO. (my fave right now is #3)

Really? Hmmmm....Well, that guy in "so what" is her hubby. I saw him on a bio of her. He does BMX racing I think.

Guess it's just her + her hand tonight...

Pink has confirmed she has split from her husband of two years, motocross racer Carey Hart. The couple insists their marriage has come to an amicable end.

According to Pink's publicist: "Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."

The pair first met in 2001 but broke up in 2003. However, they soon rekindled their romance and in 2005, Pink proposed as Carey competed in a biking competition at Mammoth Lakes, California. They married in January 2006 in a non-denominational ceremony in Costa Rica, in front of guests including Lisa Marie Presley.

Last summer their union was said to be on the rocks as the singer had grown tired with her husband's constant affairs with other women. A source said at the time: "Divorce is just around the corner. Carey has this one blonde in particular that he takes everywhere, even public appearances. But Pink knew what she was getting into!"

Pink was also seen kissing a mystery woman at Santa Monica's Viceroy Hotel. A source said: "She was flirting the way you'd expect her to flirt with a man, cuddling and being overly affectionate. They were making out."

You know, this explains a lot to me. A lot of her new songs are actually speaking of this very thing! I was thinking..."there sure are a lot of songs about break ups...etc....but she is supposedly happily married"!

I am concerned about Pink. The singer split up with her husband, stuntman Carey Hart, earlier this year, and her attempts to move on seem to have had limited success. Breakups are tough, so everyone out there can sympathize, but Pink has showed a lot of her trademark craziness in how she has presented the issue to the world.

It started out well, with a post on her blog saying that the couple is still friendly, Hart is a good man, no hard feelings, etc. Now however, most of us have heard her new hit single "So What" dominating radio stations nationwide. Kudos to her for not letting personal turmoil affect her success. Here are some lyrics:

"I guess i just lost my husband
I don't know where he went
So i'm gonna drink my money
I'm not gonna pay his rent"

"So so what?
I'm still a rock star
I got my rock moves
And i don't need you
And guess what
I'm having more fun
And now that we're done
I'm gonna show you tonight
I'm alright, I'm just fine
And you're a tool"

"What if this song's on the radio
Then somebody's gonna die
I'm gonna get in trouble
My ex will start a fight"

These not-so-subtle words clearly point to her recent break up, and they are far from gentle and amicable. Case and point: "You're a tool." And we should also consider the "So What" video, which shows Pink sawing down a tree with her husband's initials carved in it. Contactmusic.com reported that the singer moved out of their home right after the split, because she was too upset.

Pink said: "Then a few months later I was in a recording studio across town. It was late, I had to be back in the studio early and it was a long drive to the beach. I thought I'd go to my old home, just to sleep. I turned up but I didn't actually have a key, so I crawled into the house through a dog flap. It felt so weird...Of course I didn't go to sleep. I went straight to the wedding-album photos and looked through them crying and sobbing. I was there for an hour, then I just jumped up and ran out. Haven't been back since."

This is incredibly sad, and everyone can sympathize with her. But I have to wonder if spilling her guts to the world is the best way to heal? According to the Post Chronicle, Pink said: "I'm not over it. I love him."

Still, you have to appreciate how, even in a crisis, Pink is not your average prima donna celebrity. She's not refusing to talk about her personal life, giving any stock answers or pretending like she's on top of the world when she's having a hard time. That kind of candidness is pretty admirable, even though she's definitely got a crazy ex-girlfriend vibe going on.

I saw her perform on the Ellen show yesterday morning.

Ellen is in Vegas this week.
