I will defenitly be seeing the new Bond movie, but I did hear that this one steps even farther away from the original mould.

I was annoyed that it was restricted, DD is getting into Bond, but we won't be able to go as a family.

DW is in no way a Bond fan, but it was part of our vows that she would see every new Bond movie at the theatre and sit through reruns of the old ones until her brain melted.

Do you have a favourite bond movie?

Who made the best Bond?

I was really surprised when they picked Pierce Brosnan, but I ended up liking him the best of all.

Then again I wouldn't have picked him for Mama Mia, and I liked him in that to.As an aside who would have thought Meryl Streep could sing?

Me being me, of course I can't remember the title, but my favourite Bond film is the second one where Pierce takes on the media tycoon.

Ok after a rethink I also really liked never say never again when sean connery came back.

The part at the beginning where he is cleansing himself of freed radicals is a hoot.

NO, Bond never impressed me. I remember my dad watching them as a kid & they never caught my attention then. I just remember having no choice but to wath this "stupid British movie" which is all it was to me, LOL!

My dad had a few of the books when I was growing up ... I remember asking him if I could read them and him telling me I could, but that they were a bit on the 'risque' side ... I had to look the word up, so I guess I was too young to read them, heh ... anyway, I never read them ...

I don't think I've ever seen any of the movies, either, tho I really like some of the theme songs; The Pink Panther was as close as I ever got to watching spy-stuff ...

I read all of the original Ian Flemming books, and was hugely dissapointed.

IMO this is one time where the movie was better than the book.

Ok PR who is your favourite Bond girl? Before you say it I happen to know that Pailin was never a Bond girl, but who knows what the future holds.

I'm going to say Teri Hatcher.

I watched a Bond festival on a local TV station here when I was working at a job I detested. It lightened my whole week. They're silly.

Not a chance. These are among the most boring movies ever made. Really...they are.

I like the old Bond movies w/Sean Connery. I don't care much for the newer ones. Plus, Daniel Craig is too craggy looking for my tastes. I don't think he's handsome at all.

I guess I'll just have to enjoy James Bond all by myself.

Putting my copy of Diamonds are Forever on, adjusting my Sarah Pailin picture next to the computer( She's hot... lol) while I bed down in this sea of anti-007 posters.

:1th_drum:

I liked Craig in the last one. Connery was the best, but 007 has managed to survive for more than 50 years despite the various Bond actors.

(*idea.....Christmas cards showing James Bond and Sarah Pailin in a moment of mad passion.)
