We just got through jury selection...100 miles away from here~it was difficult to find a bias jury). That, in itself was intense to watch. I'm taping it all and converting it to DVD. Once it is completed i plan on posting it to youtube.

There are many questions that won't be answered. The woman is a sociopath. Her mother is just as crazy, in my opinion. And this latest of trying to pin it on George? He's a retired cop, fer crissakes. IF he had found Caylee in the pool, he would have done cpr, called 911, etc. I think of that whole family, George loved that little girl most. Granny and Casey were too busy fighting and bickering all the time.

the testimony is boring enough...

Did Cindy Anthony Lie on the Stand?

Prosecutors at Casey Anthony’s murder trial wrapped up their rebuttal case Friday afternoon with testimony about office records that challenged Cindy Anthony’s claim that she was responsible for internet searches for information about chloroform done on the family computer three months before Caylee Anthony’s disappearance.

While several prosecution witnesses were prepared to testify in the morning, defense attorney Jose Baez renewed his argument that the records constituted a discovery violation because they were only provided to the defense a day earlier. Prosecutor Linda Drane-Burdick said that the records were sought to refute specific statements by Cindy Anthony during her testimony last week. Baez said he wanted more time for his computer experts to examine the records.

Baez also objected to testimony by expert witnesses who he said would be offering new opinions not included in reports they submitted to the court. He has been reprimanded several times during the trial for failing to disclose all of the defense experts’ opinions in violation of an order by Judge Belvin Perry. Prosecutor Jeff Ashton denied that there were new opinions in their testimony.

Perry refused the defense request to exclude the testimony or the records, but he did give them the rest of the morning to depose the witnesses about the new evidence. He did not seem pleased about keeping the jury waiting, but court did not resume until close to 1:30 pm.

Cindy Anthony had testified during the defense case that she ran searches on the home computer in the middle of the afternoon on March 17 and 21, 2008, despite timecard records that indicated she was at work at the time. She claimed that email and login records from her office computer that could have established whether she was at work would be destroyed or inaccessible by now.

The chief compliance officer for Gentiva, the company Cindy Anthony worked for in 2008, was called to testify about those records, which did indeed still exist. John Camperlengo presented records that showed Cindy Anthony’s user account was logged in on her office computer from 8:02 am until close to 6:00 pm on March 17. The records showed that someone was entering patient data using her account during the time around 1:40 pm when the chloroform searches were being done at the house. Camperlengo’s records from March 21 showed Cindy logged in at work from 8:43 am to 5:37 pm, with active data entries at the time of the relevant searches that day, too.

Deborah Polisano, Cindy’s supervisor at Gentiva, also took the stand Friday. She testified that Cindy was a hard worker who did not often leave the office for hours at a time in the middle of the day. She also said that the office computers would lock down after about 15 minutes of inactivity. If one of her employees was gone for a long period of time, Polisano would have done their work using her own user ID and password, not theirs....
