The prosecution never had a case. I don't know if he ever jacked off a little boy (or boys), but jurors in criminal trials are instructed to convict only if guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt. That clearly was never going to happen in this trial.

agree completely with cc. i have no idea what he's done or not done, but i do know the prosecution's whole case depended on two witnesses that the jury didn't find to be credible enough to bring in a conviction--not even on the 'jesus juice' count. the mother-in-name-only was particularly incredible if various lawyer/reporters are to be believed.

to find him guilty would have been a miscarriage of justice.

very early in the case I was wondering why the defense was already presenting their side. then it dawned on me that was the PROSECUTION!
