What it does is it changes your dead rejected item's start times every day to entice bidders. Yes, it does. And, it also has an AUTO SHILL feature, where you can pretend the item has more interest and bidders than it actually does. Now, eBay has forbidden this tool, but Ross has decided to pretend for a while that eBay supports it, hoping to lure really obese and retarded sellers like Jay and Marie into his fold, thereby giving it credibility with the PESA folks. I have already signed up, this is soooo kewl.
