ichi-jin-rai posts, I telephoned IBM. After abut two hours on the telephone with them they finally told me that my system had been noted in their files as having been stolen between 3/15 and the date they canceled the warranty. They said their Security task force would be in contact.

I did get a short telephone call from the IBM Security Dept at around 1:00 PM eBay time. From that conversation I learned that a eBay member, who uses no less than one non-Power seller account and also no less than two power seller rated accounts has been incarcerated. I was additionally told that the investigators who were upon the scene had encountered a warehouse containing an unknown quantity of new factory packaged stolen merchandise. I am sure the eBay member will have an opportunity to discuss to someone in the justice system his sources and other aspects as to how he came to possess the merchandise.

Aaron didn't know jack shit about the first cyber diva acct. until nuke told him months later. Ichi explained (recently) that he did it for fun and didn't mean any harm, so we've moved on and have forgotten about it...

I like Ichi though, so it's no big deal... BUT..... the weird thing was that everyone wanted us to hate java for it. Except you. Java took the time to explain why she did the second cyber diva acct. so all's well that ends well with both IDs.

That's what happens when you are in posession of stolen property. They take it away from you, and you are out the money. If there is a recovery of assets through the courts, then he might be entitled to a pro-rata division of whatever is recovered, but if the seller spent all the money on cheap booze and hookers, then Ichi is out the money he spent on the computer, end of story.

Lorraine...I cannot find the thread, it must have been zapped by ez in the crash. I cannot recall the exact wording Ichi used, except to say, I was left with the impression after reading what he'd posted that the cyber id was some sort of "joke among friends" ... (Ichi, Aaron & You.)

But if you have moved past it and have no problem with the sleeze bag, then so be it! I just hate to see him slither out of it with his revisionist history and with his lies going unchallenged. Especially when at the same time, he is attempting to make me out to be the liar.

His girl friend says he doesn't deserve to go to jail...how many thousands of dollars a week has he been fencing/selling each week on eBay? Did he help with the truck hijackings or did he simply act as a fence for the actual hijacker? How many people were killed or beaten up in the hijackings? How many hijacked drivers lost their jobs? So this little prick was on parole for something else he was convicted of doing. So he wasn't supposed to have guns in his Honda car, or even in his vicinity! Yet he of course had them! So he just turned 25 and his GF says he isn't the type that deserves to be in jail. I think she's worried about loosing what she was getting at night, or him not having sex. She shouldn't worry, he's going to have lots of sex while locked up in prison. Bubba uis going to have himself a nice Ham sandwich every night. Heck, Timmy boy is fully aware of what it's like in prison. He's already been there when he was younger, he's a repeate offender!

Well, I am not convinced there is reason to believe one word out of this person's mouth as truth. Of course, this is based on my past knowledge, of this person's reputation for settling grievances and extracting revenge by posting false rumors and allegations about others.

Therefore, how could this person's post about this power seller be believed without questioning how much, if any, is truth or without suspecting all or most of it to be fabricated details of a wild story out of this person's imagination.
