Miv, I guess you have not been following the saga, between me and PG, and her Nanny KatyD.

I asked her voluntarily to remove some of my audio links. She defiantly decided that she knew more than me, along with her legal eagle Katy, and has gone on and on about it at the Bard's and Otwa and here. The usual PG style, calling me names, like liar and biddy, which she is famous for, though she did apologize for one of her name calling.

I knew I was within my rights to ask her to remove them, but she thought differently. So I finally had to complain. Seems the legal dept at EZ agreed and they were removed but not at OTWA.

What gets me is the smearingand swearing, that followed by her, and KatyD, and now enter the new troll "Facsimile" who registered on otwa only recently. I guess these woman cannot keep it to an honest debate. They have to throw into it any dirt they can dig up on you even if it is 6 or 7 years old. Even mentioning your children,who have absolutely, nothing to do with this.....

Now thats OK, with me, cause I am not ashamed of anything in my closet.And especially not my children, who are a joy in my life.... No matter how hard they try to discredit me or play their Mother Theresa role I stuck to the issue at hand which involved linking to an media file without permission

I know a lot about Katy, remember I was around from the beginning too, and I know there are things she would like buried, I never used any of them, I stuck to the issue.

Whats funny about all of this, Ross doesn't have to worry about losing his archives ,cause he's got ole KatyD and the sarong one, with all of the old archives stuffed on their hard drives.

Now I do not know who this is, but she must think we are all pretty stupid around here. But if it does turn out to be the sarong one, that makes this story even richer.
And if it isn't her, well listen Fascimile or whomever you are, I don't have to account a damn thing to a troll like you,, I got a good record on ebay for honesty. If you want to debate me come here and do it.....

Thanks for that synopsis, Z. I have watched with interest the saga of the link, and it is amazing how Ezboard are so much more keen to protect the interests of their users. They provide information about the DCMA in their legal links, while it appears that OTWA does not recognise it at all, or will only do so under duress.

I cannot see the point of OTWA allowing copyright material from other boards being brought there, when it is used to just stir shit rather than assist in discussion and debate.
