I know a CEO that has purchased thousands of dollars of beer cans the last several months while he has asked his employees to work for little ,if nothing , and had them batching like a bunch of street people. Now, I ask myself what is this all about. How can you have the nerve to do that. Employees that work on a dream and a promise may be sorely disappointed. The goal of all of this is to build something to sell quickly. The main part of the money, if this sells, is to get a parachute payment. Which means the majority of the money goes to the big boys, and little left over for anyone else. I use the word big boys loosely, because if you think you are one of the BIG boys and do not have something engraved in a legal stone, you may not yourself be one of the big boys. Ask questions of how much money went to the folks who did all the work with the previous company. Speak to those people yourself, do not listen to what someone else tells you.
