I never could figure out why anyone would think that would work to get them out of paying. The only excuse that's even more of an eye-roller is the one where they pretend to be dead (while still bidding up a storm).

Just gotta love the new Ebay math...2 positives and 1 negative = 100% feedback ratio...

Not in the school I went to. :1kool-aid

I think it takes a while for the new ratio to roll over. Hopefully tomorrow his ratio will be 66% positive. (And then he'll just get a new ID and start over, of course.)

Feedback shows as one now. Last email shows Esq.
My email back. Not so nice.

What happend to being an attorny at law. ROTFLMAO

I take it you read the neg. And aint my fault you do not do your reserch prior to bidding.

So maybe you will listen to some advice.

One: always ask questions prior to bidding, as a bid is a contract.

Two: before bidding see what the acual going price for an item is. Do a search for an item and do a completed listing search with highest prices first.

As for what you want in your questions you are not experiance in watch purchasing, get some real advice on what to ask from a watchmakes please. You sound like a fool so far.

It would behove you to read a great deal more of the ebay rules and terms of use.

I personaly dont care if you purchase this item or not, other than I must file the non performing bidder to recop my ebay final auction vale fees from ebay.

In other words your agreeing to a contract and then proceding to find a way out does cause damages to sellers.
If you are a lawer you know what that means.

And as for the attorny stuff leave it out of your ebay tranactions it will save you a lot of grief.

Good day and good luck. Hope your ebay experiance in times to come are better.
Roy.

The idiot is not an attorney. No attorney would write, "I'm a attorney." He would've been laughed out of law school. Every word counts to an attorney, and they don't make silly errors like that.

You're nicer than me, Roy. I wouldn't have given the guy any help whatsoever. Let "the law" help him, I'd say.

An over bid on the item in the heat of the moment is what I suspect happened, Thought his respons to my feedback was amusing. ROTFLMAO.

Does more damage to himself than not.

"The representations at variance with the facts. I'm a attorney not a thief!"

Yep, that didn't even make sense ... you never called him a thief. Must be his guilty conscience talking.

Exactly. If he's an attorney, I'm an astronaut.

"I'm a attorney."

When put through the Google translator comes up:

I flunked out of Paralegal skool.

Most attorneys don't feel the need to spout diarrhea of the mouth that "I'm an attorney". It's usually something they keep to themselves until such time it is advantageous to bring forth this information. I love some of the silly ebay stories. I wish they'd get a little more creative with their excuses though.

Every word counts to an attorney, and they don't make silly errors like that.Yeah, I liked his other statement, too. "The representations at variance with the facts."

The chucklehead could be the reincarnation of Moses. Who the fuck gives a gnat's ass? You bid you win you pay.

Retaliatory FB reflects so poorly on the one leaving it.
