Ok....this is about DON ADAMS, not about TR, Sadie, Hep, Jamie, ME or anyone else.
I'm really sad he died. Part of my childhood is gone. I always like the beginning of Get Smart where he walked through all those different doors, then fell through the telephone booth.
Anyone else have memories about Get Smart?

I always loved the Chief. He was a very funny character actor named Ed Platt.
And agent 99 was right there for puberty....
Dick Gauthier as the robot. Buck Henry wrote a lot of the show. He's a twisted bastard.
I love Buck Henry :)

the shoephone and how far fetched we thought it was..... and now.. with cellular, heh a shoe phone is possible, and probably are out there somewhere...
edited to add and of course the cone of silence, that never worked...

was in one of the later movies where he was cruising down the street really fast while seated at a desk. Makes me chuckle just remembering that one.
Sheesh...Bob Denver and now Don Adams. Who is next?

Don Adams was born Donald James Yarmy on April 13, 1923 in New York City. Died September 25, 2005.
