Actually, the Heartland account, and the Polansky accounts are most likely owned by Lee. Lee is the victim of the foul little nest of net cops at the Car Wash who finally hit back.

He's been hounding the net cops SO MUCH that the Car Wash board changed from a clean net cop board to a total Bash Board.

They fucked the wrong seller. Lee is totally insane.

Lee impersonated Alan/Chopsbuster, Vampie -- at least with that Polonsky ID. I don't know if he impersonated him with the Chopsbuster ID or if that is really Chops OTWA. And then Lee impersonated me. He's impersonated others, as well. The guy is over the edge with his war with Chops & Nuke. It has nothing whatsoever to do with me, and it never has, but apparently I'm the flavor of the month.

It wasn't all that much.

The first post referenced was just her alerting Jim "he" was back. It appears "he" was at OTWA earlier in the week as well. She had noted "Alan Polonsky ~ aka Chopsbuster ~ aka heartlandantiques" and that "he" was impersonating another ID.

The other 4 posts referenced were from or included "Polonsky", and had to do with all eBay sellers should be NARU'd. All included a link to come find "him" and talk with "him".

What's unclear to me is whether "he" is Alan or Lee. Blanche appears to present them together. :confused:

But, this is so very sweet, because the Car Wash Net Cops CREATED Lee. They lynched hundreds of sellers on the boards, literally HUNDREDS. Then came LEE. Oh, man!

I consider this "pay back" for all the sellers who acted sanely in the face of a board lynching conducted by the nasty net cops. Justice, in a way.

PUBLIC STATEMENT to the user....
This may not make sense to everyone, so let me explain a little. We have a user who is registering multiple accounts and posting, and cross posting personal information and more to the site. I've terminated 4-5 accounts, and I have even banned this persons ISP block. They have since switched to another ISP, but before I ban that ISP block, I will try something a little dif.

1) Currently, all new registrations are queued for review prior to going live. This applies to both the OCM and the forums.

2) I have contacted this persons ISP, and this persons new ISP to have them pull the server logs from their end and I have pulled the server logs from our end. This will identify the individual in the real world.

Now, before this continues any further down this path, I would like to address the user in question....

First, let me say that we don't even have a horse in this race, so I don't know why you are posting this to OTWA, we have nothing to do with your problems. You are hurting our business, and our website without any reason for doing so. We have nothing to do with the stuff you are posting.

Perhaps you think we do, I don't know.. But this is like smashing your neighbors windows because someone down the block let their dog crap on your lawn. We don't have anything to do with these other sites you are posting about. Why are you coming here with this? Why are you involving OTWA?

We need this to stop. You need this to stop. I really don't understand what you are trying to accomplish by harrassing OTWA. Can we just end this here? Please feel free to call me if you like. My telehone number is published on help page (top menubar).

the Car Wash Net Cops CREATED Lee Absolutely true. It all started on Nuke's now-closed Ezboard, where Chops and Nuke hounded him week after week with threats to get him kicked off eBay. Then Carl, Lee's old nemesis from the eBay Feedback board, joined in. Then it moved to Chops' first locked-down board.

Their complaint? That Lee was selling photocopies of copyrighted auto service manuals. They even complained to the copyright holders (the companies who published the manuals) who apparently didn't care and took no action. They even set up a "sting" and had people win his auctions and videotape the items he sent them.

Why Chops and Nuke care so much about someone else's copyright, when the copyright holders don't even care, is beyond me, but they kept it going for months.

They couldn't let it go. They couldn't admit to their failure, or just SHUT UP and move on to their next victim. They enjoyed toying with Lee and his business, because they were getting a reaction from him.

Lee is out of his gourd, doing all the crap he's been doing lately. No question about it. I'm not defending Lee, because he spammed my board and members too, not caring that he was posting TOU violations that could have gotten my board shut down. I won't forgive him for the fact that I had to make it MBA to protect it from HIM, when I had nothing to do with his problem. I was one of the few who spoke out in the beginning about what Chops and Nuke were doing to him, and that's the thanks I get.

So there's the story of the Lee-enstein monster created by Chops and Nuke. I have no doubt that they're very proud of themselves, too. Public netcopping apparently gives them a reason to wake up in the mornings.
