They're some of the more memorable ones that, NO-Lady Diva has accused, one person or another of being involved in, over the past three years.

As for the specific charge concerning where the "bitch" came from posted in the copy of my email. Well, King NO-Sense has promised, upon completion of hashing and thrashing his logs, that the results will yield irrefutable proof, that NO-Sense and NO-Lady Diva, did indeed post (without my permission) an authentic copy of one of my emails.

Regardless of the fact that this will also serve as irrefutable proof, of King NO-Sense and NO-Lady Diva's flagrant disregard to privacy violations in posting this email. But, GOD DAMN IT!!! NO-Lady Diva will be cleared of the greater infraction,(that's what's most important in the royal household, ya know) of inserting the word "bitch" in my email. Or not!?! I still say not, and I think King NO-Sense is hoping to hell his NO-Lady Diva didn't lie to him....Or, all that time hashing and bashing his logs, will have only netted him the endelible memory of the word "BITCH". Nahhh that won't happen, will it? NO-Lady Diva doesn't lie (much).

Let me explain.

I did what I said I would not do, I registered at TCW and posted. (Please do not shoot me). The lies that were being told just riled me.

One thing I pointed out to a one-time friend is that she involved herself in this stuff with Lee, and that she basically asked for him to go after her when she threatened him on a public board. And then how she stated in emails to many of those who called her friend who showed concern for her because of her post, that she did indeed intend to go after Lee. Diva said I sent him the emails, but I had not, YET. But after giving it some thought, I did send them to him. After all, anyone should be able to defend themselves against police reports that are being filed.

Regarding Pinned and Ichi, I will give those emails to anyone who may doubt my word of what transpired. I can not, or should say will not allow those lies to continue being told unchallenged.

Back in August, after being called a liar at Bard's, a threat was posted stating that she(Pinned) was going to pay Lee a visit. She also stated her intentions in emails.

Sometime after that, Lee went and pulled up some search on her, and found that she had a record that was not so nice. And when she attacked him again, he posted in for all to see.

Apparently Lee sent her an email, telling her to back off, and she took that as a threat. But she had been posting before that he had threatened her. She even went so far as to let it be known that she feared for her mother. I have no idea about this, since I was not involved.

Then Shawn decided to threaten me with having to take a road trip to Texas to appear in court. I do not have time for that kind of crap, so I sent Lee the emails I received backing up her public threat against him. He can use it in his defense should the police take Pinned seriously. I sent these to him last night, after Diva decided once again to think out loud and accuse me of doing so.

At first Pinned said that there was no post on a board, then she admitts to making such a post.

Diva has decided to accuse me of helping Lee by spreading what she calls "history packages" on Chops and Nuke. Lee did all that on his own, I did not register any IDs on any of those boards and post that stuff. I am sure that Ross, Trouble and RP can verify that.

Today it was said that I was responsible for Pinned's mothers safety, since I gave Lee the emails to defend himself with. I am not the one antagonizing him. She should just quit taking shots at him and encouraging him.

But that is what Pinned does, she pokes at people until they go back after her. She can not let things go, she did it with Blues, she is doing it with Lee. She made such a big deal every time someone mentioned her name, and the sad thing is that she had to take it to T&S where it had no business being, every time someone mentioned her ID on a board, she made a jab at them on T&S.

Lee has an eBay business, he sells parts sheets from auto manuals. He makes photo copies of them, and Chops and Nuke have made it their goal to shut him down. eBay will not act, the rights holders will not act, so they are going so far as to report him to the IRS. They posted links to his auctions, posted his feedback, posted his contact info, all in public, and even contacted his bidders encouraging all of them to file for chargebacks, leave negs, etc..., and then they cried when he struck back. Lee gets mad and he strikes out at people that he sees as harassing him. I may not agree with what he has done, but I will not defend those who do the same to him.

Lee has stated that for all of this to end, all that has to be done is for them to leave him alone and he will stop. He does not want to see links to his feedback, his full name and contact info posted, and he wants people to quit bidding on his auctions to collect proof. We know that this has happened, Chops posted about it. We also know that Texas Banjo claims to have bid on one of the auctions just so he could see what he would get. Lee will stop if they will, and he did for a while after the old TCW was shut down.

Unfortunately we all know how this game will play out. It is the same crap, different day, different characters.

A state cannot compel a resident of another state to testify in their courts, unless that person owns property or has a business presence in that state. Only a federal court can do that. A state's attorney can, at their state's expense, request that a deposition be given by the witness -- at the witness' location, but they cannot compel the witness to be deposed, nor to travel to another state.
