I think the eBay T&S wars have all to do with it, and chops is right on top of pushing the eBay wars, right to the point of following people from board to board. I watched 3 sock puppets get globally banned by ezboard within minutes durring an argument with chops. I know chops was reporting them as fast as they posted and bringing heat down on FI while he continued to argue with who ever the sock puppet was (I have my suspects), and chops continued with it even after I told him to take it somewhere else.

The ebay t&s wars are the only thing all the boards involved have in common. Some of us kind of just got sucked up in it because we happened to know some of the players, and it would occasionaly spill over onto our boards. Like I said, it wasn't anything you did Zelda, far from it, it was (as someone else already pointed out) guilt by association.

I have always tried to keep the deli, as a light-hearted board, and clean. There is obviously much more to this, than even I can figure out. So I guess, in order to stay at ezboards, you cannot have any freedoms of speech. Is that it? I still don't get it.

Well, this new log on the fire was enough to bring me out of the woodwork (again) LOL
After reading all of this I just can’t help but think that, Demello, wasn’t out to get rid of any certain boards but the people that have been are in the OAI circles in general. After all it has been a bit of a rat race for years now!
It would have taken Demello very little to cross reference of who was hangin where and then look to see how many problems have accurd there. This could have gone as far as him viewing “live chats” going on at those boards also. Don’t think for seconds that those chats just go POOF into thin air. In my opinion the only thing that saved Ghosttown was the mild Tone that that board has been able to maintain for the most part. But in general it’s mostly the same players, but it was kept in tow, so it survived.
Same old shit, different day, different board same people. Make sense?
