Questions regarding baseloser

Um, I can't seem to find the answers (rumors, yes but not answers) to a few questions I had so starting a thread to discuss some things that have been on my mind.

Not enough room or time to ask everything so will start out with two that someone may have the answer to.

Why did baseloser mention he was going to go to NY? Isn't he barred from leaving AZ? I am pretty certain right now that his mentioning so was just another of his delusional fantasies but does anyone have the facts on this?

Second concerns the continued continuances his recent case has been granted on the http://www.supreme.state.az.us/publicaccess/search.asp website. Does that have anything to do with the other two case where he forfeited bail and failed to appear?

If he's going to have to pay the piper this time around for those past offenses in addition to his more recent crimes... this bodes to be a very good year indeed for the chubby stalker, hahahahahahahaha.

I am this * close to calling the prosecutor again to inform him about the risk of flight that basestealer has recently presented. In light of his past failures to show any respect for the court by failing to appear or pay his fines, I do believe he needs to be locked up this time until the trial takes place.

There is no good reason that such an irresponsible and violent criminal should be allowed out on the streets to escape justice once again.

When you and Karl came to me in a panic to request my help on the Thursday before the Friday that you would lose your EZBoard site, you both assured me that you were done with "netcopping" and that the new site would not be used as a base for interfering with the businesses and lives of others. I knew your history very well, but Karl assured me that you and he had changed, and that what mattered to him now was business, and what mattered online to you was simply having a place to chat with friends and to poke harmless fun at a few of your many detractors. On that basis, I agreed to help you.

Of course, it wasn't long before this benign, happy picture turned very dark. Your obsession with Lee XXXX soon began to take center stage, and the TOS violations began to pile up. Despite my objections, you believed I had no right or authority to edit content at thecarwashlive.com, or even to insist that certain content be removed, such as Mr. XXXX criminal record and links to hard core pornography. I spent hours and hours on the telephone trying to explain to you your position and mine, as your service provider, and the jeopardy in which I was being placed as a direct consequence of your refusal to comply with our Terms of Service.

Within 10 days of thecarwashlive.com going live, we experienced a devastating DDoS attack, which brought down our entire server and several sites, including XXXX.com, and even after this, you refused to comply. I did receive a ticket for not wearing my shoulder belt in Page, Arizona, 300+ miles north of where I live. Robb and I were taking a day trip to the Utah border to see the dam. An officer pulled me over for having a cracked windshield and decided to ticket me for not wearing my shoulder belt. I was wearing my lap belt, though, but the shoulder belt was broken (It was a power seatbelt and it didn't work so I didn't wear it). It was during the famous "click it or ticket" campaign. Anyway, I received a $25 fine. Things got hectic around here and I forgot to pay it on time--my payment arrived one day late! About a month later I got a bill for an additional $35, it was a late fee and some sort of "enhance" fee. I paid that and the situation was resolved.

In my 28 years of life, I've only received 2 tickets, 1 for not wearing my shoulder belt and 1 for speeding. Both tickets were not challenged, and the fines were paid. The searchable database by which this stalker obtained his "information" says exactly what it's supposed to say when you pay your fine on time: "Bail/deposit given/forfeited". FOD's inability to accurately interpret his findings is no surprise, as this is the delusional stalker who claimed Ichi was the zodiac killer and he had "diagnosed" no less than 7 cardump participants as having various psychological illnesses and further came to the conclusion that chopsbuster was a serial killer as he googled his "evidence" to outlay a chain of victims he attributed to him.

In any event, it is not my duty to explain how to read the searchable database to people who maliciously use it to obtain private information about me to plaster it all over the internet in their never-ending attempt to harass, humiliate, and/or stalk me. If you or someone you love believes I have outstanding traffic tickets, charges, or fines, you know my address. What happened is someone connected with the v8j/angelfire account had created a misleading redirect from the archived basement thread to here yesterday, and it was quickly removed by Angelfire "because it violated Angelfire's Terms of Service." :1bonk1: Now the direct link from google takes you to the Angelfire homepage.

Yep it was wrong to use the kiddie porn on the original basment thread to get folks to look at chops, and what he had done. If I new what I do now I would just have used homoerotic art photos instead. ROTFLMAO. Would have got more hits than Kiddie, and would not have been taken as child pornography twords chops, wich I have never known Chops to do (Child porn that is).
