It's community + money! If someone in your group doesn't pay up, then the group puts pressure on them to do so, to keep the group's ability to borrow intact. Just imagine how TRS would be if we all had loans out on one another and depended on one another to keep them paid up!

goodtopics is back up. Must have had an infusion of $20 to pay for hosting.

Mad-Cows.com was recently in trouble too about a week ago. It was using an illegal license of vbseo, a vbulletin search engine optimizer. They've since removed it, opting not to pay for a legal license.
