Ross - Venture to your admin area, then scroll down on the left side to see and open the folder "users". Then click the "search user" and a pop up side window will open. Plug the username into the search and hit "exact match". From there, you can see the email address, IP, etc. of the registrant.

Isn’t there an easy way of scanning for matching IP addresses in vbulletin?

That too is under the "user" folder. Try the "search IP address" feature in the "user" folder.

Nice one. Yeah. Tools for days here.Its not going to be easy. As I'm sure you are starting to know, its quite a complex deal in that admin area. I solute you for opening your board and will provide you every bit of my patience while you navigate that area. I also hope the other members remain patient as well. Trust me, I wish I had a manual on that stuff.
