Ross has banned Baltzer because he fears the consequences of allowing that out-of-control fucktard to post unchecked. That's because Ross has already been compelled by the hosting company to remove content which I had reported to them - the "star's homes" link and my hotlinked pic.

It works so much better than on EZ. The guys at Cyberwurx actually return phone calls within minutes and get things done!

More forced edits will follow.

There was another post in between those two posted above, authored by Alan. It included copied text from Ross' hosting site's TOU, and it included their contact information. It only lasted about ten minutes before it was pulled.

Gee, Chops is copying info to his board without permission of the copyright holder, yet threatens to get this board shut down for doing the same?

No wonder he pulled it. Dumbass.

Only the copyright holder can report it. Although maybe someone did use the information he provided to let the company know that someone was infringing upon their copyright. I'm sure they'd be pleased, knowing that he had just bitched to them for the same thing being done to him.

Speaking of hit thieves, when we all left TCW last year, Alan had no problem spamming his board on any board that would have him. He always managed to somehow work in a link to TCW. If he couldn't link to anything pertinent, he'd create something at TCW so he could link to it. Yet the nasty spammer actually reports spam on other boards besides his own!

I don't believe Alan has ever had an eBay transaction with anyone on this board. There is no way he can truthfully claim that Ross got his contact info from eBay -- especially since his name is posted all over the web, and he has posted his own picture in public.

Powerhouse is right ... nothing to do with eBay. Alan will surely try, but that doesn't mean he'll be successful.

But hell, we already know his name, so there's no need to post it.
Sorry Sandy, you're dead wrong. THEY NARU'd me, remember? Don't believe Alan's lies about why I was NARU, I was NARU for posting an email from toospooky, with full headers, that contained her name. It had nothing to do with eBay--eBay can't even prove that "basestealer" on my board is "basestealer" on eBay, but they canned my ass regardless. Avery did. Avery is in their back pocket. Trust me, everyone says the same thing about my suspension, about how it's erroneous and bogus, but at eBay, those are the only kind of suspensions they make.

I just saw your post on the other thread, Base. Perhaps Ross should start talking to his own friends at eBay and head off the assholes.

Honestly, I just don't think the contact info and pictures are even necessary, so why bother? It's much more interesting to point out the stoopid things he says and does, don't you think?

Besides, his private fora are chock-full of violations, and he's proud of it. Chops has no problem reproducing copyrighted information, but in his mind it's okay, because he's only posting or e-mailing it to a select few. They pass around contact info via e-mail all the time. We have Chops and Nuke to thank for bringing Heavy Metal to ezboard, too! That act alone merits perpetual disdain.

Wasa, Alan has consistently walked a fine line where TOU is concerned. He has repeatedly fine-tuned his posting to just "squeak by" where DeMello is concerned.

I'm not saying he believes it to be true. I'm saying he does the exact same thing, knows he does, and doesn't give a damn as long as he gets away with it.j

In the Clinton hearings, when Clinton said something to the effect that it depended on what the meaning of is is, I think he was coached by chops who is a master at splitting the hairs on a gnat's ass.

It must be terribly tiresome always having to stay a step ahead of the TOS cops with daily, and even hourly, edits. Thank goodness most folks don't labor under that burden or message boards would devolve into non-responsive gibberish.

Let me explain how he thinks. If I ask him directly "Are you sanctioned from eBay?" and he says "no," that's a lie. But if I say, "It's a shame people keep saying you're sanctioned from eBay. Why don't you post just once to shut them up?" and he replies, "Because I have nothing to prove to them," that's NOT a lie. That's a deception, which is moral to him. I'm not making this up.

So when I asked if he was sanctioned, and he said no, he was lying to me. He considered that to be wrong, but did it anyway. However, when I asked, "Chops, have you ever posted to ross' board," and he said no, that wasn't a lie. Why? Because it wasn't directed at his sock, which DID post. "Chopsbuster" never did.

I know it's a Byzantine system of truth--rather like a sleazy lawyer--but that's how he thinks. He explained it to me once during a very heated arguments about one of TCW's member's deceptions. Fortunately, this conversation took place near the end, but that's how I was fooled (as were so many others, even now) into thinking he was honest.

I just wanted to post that my adventure to the "new" Ross Show was one of the best shows I'd been to in a long, long time. I got to meet many new people, as well as brushed up against fellow collegues from this board in many topical threads there. Total amazement doesn't begin to describe the new board and I solute Ross for jumping through many hoops to get the board up and running so smoothly and so fast.

I also enjoyed reading how hundreds of people came out to support Ross, it certainly was a pleasureable read including the majority of those who also posted their displeasure and disgust aimed toward the unactor, Polansky for his sole roll as counter-productive-fucktard. A little birdie told me that Polansky will be starring in a feature presentation called "Six Feet Under", which should be hitting box offices within the next couple of weeks. episodes to go), not a movie. It was created by Alan Ball, who wrote the Oscar-winning screenplay for American Beauty.

Yes Kris. He had bleeding in the brain, had emergency brain surgery, and died in his hospital bed, with David sleeping in a chair next to the bed.

Before he died, he told Brenda he wanted to split up. She's preggers with their child, but he cheated on her right before he collapsed.

Mom is nowhere to be found, because she went camping with that first boyfriend she had on the show, the hairdresser. I can't remember his name.

LOL ... it's sounding more and more like The Young and The Restless!

Ruth's rekindled flame, the hairdresser, is named Hiram.

It was kind of cold of David to tell Bren that their marriage was a sham and that he wanted out - all before he died.

I know he was having a moment of clarity, but she has really been trying to make this marriage and their relationship work despite her issues of trust and intimacy. She went to the Quaker church to wait for him, even though she is agnostic, to support his spiritual rebirth/journey. And he was at Maggie's doing the nasty.
