MMMM..well we're having black bean enchiladas which are pretty yummy too http://community.otwa.com/infopop/em...icon_smile.gif.

flour tortillas, onions, roasted red peppers, corn, black beans, green tomatillo sauce, cheese, cilantro, rice, and then red enchilada sauce and more cheese on top.

Sure and it was yummy!! You can also put on a dollop of cold sour cream.. not too much rice..and then put in the oven at 350 for about 25 mins. I mix the mexican shredded cheese in with the other stuff and one other thing ..I like cheese so I use a slice of american or cheddar cheese ..that goes in first.. and then when baking I put 1/2 slice and then shredded mexican cheese on top. You can also add in black olives. It's very good!

PS may have forgotten to mention tomato (diced)

Actually when I prepare peas.. I really mostly like 'em jest plain with a lil' dab o butter..

I know other people prefer mashing them... especially those durn english types.. the Japanese like peas, freeze dried, as a snack and are often seen eating mushi peas too. However when I was a child 50 years ago.. we liked peas best for use with our jim dandy pea shooters. Ptui!! LOL
