Healthy Weight Loss
Here is an interesting piece on what to consider when you're looking for a weight loss program. It is an older article, but still has merit. Thanks to Jim for contributing this. :)
I have noticed that since I've been on South Beach, I've gotten more headaches than usual. And have the occasional day when I feel completely lethargic. :( I take vitamins/herbs regularly (Though I forgot today!), but am not as good as I should be about having the snacks between meals. I've just never been a snacker--always thought it was a bad habit. :nono:

I like Weight Watchers/Calorie Counting. A little bit of everything in moderation seems the best approach for me. I tried Atkins many years ago...1969, I think. All I did was crave what I couldn't have...desperately. I lost weight, but couldn't possibly keep it up. Not good for my psyche or my bod, IMO.
I just don't think gimmicks can work for the long haul...at least, not for me. And I don't see how such restricted diets can be healthy for a human body. We're omnivores, after all. I'm with Julia Child. :)
