SPAGHETTI Sauce Recipe PLEASE

I am looking for a really good spaghetti sauce recipe that is easy, can be made in large batches and frozen, and I can add the meat later if I want to.

HELP!!

One large jar of Ragu Super Chunky Mushroom combined with one small jar of Ragu Roasted Garlic and Onion. :D

Seriously....

This is a really good spaghetti sauce recipe, but not quite as easy as my first one. :)

Ingredients:

3/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons salad oil
2 1-pound cans (4 cups) tomatoes, cut up
2 6-ounce cans tomato paste
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon sugar
1½ teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1½ teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
1 bay leaf

Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender but not brown.
Stir in next 8 ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes; remove bay leaf.

Add cooked hamburger meat or meatballs.
Loosely cover; cook 30 minutes.

Serves 8.

I sometimes substitute garlic salt for the salt & garlic cloves. :)

If you can find it buy Mrs. Wages Spaghetti or Pizza sauce mix. It's delicous and easy to make with either canned or fresh tomatoes. One package makes 5 pints and it can be canned(water bath) or frozen for later use.
