Powerhouse

I wanted to serve burgers to the family but it was to hot out for grilling so I made them in a skillet.
I'm always experimenting and here is the combo I hit on last night that turned out SO perfect:
I used regular store-bought frozen ground beef and mold it into patties.
I used a plain untreated iron skillet.
During cooking I add to each side of the burger (just a pinch)
Mortons "Natures Seasons" blend
McCormick "Italian Seasoning"
McCormick "Minced Garlic" (on one side only)
And two drops of A1 Steak Sauce on the center of each side.
I allow the meat to essentially boil in it's own juices and flip frequently.
I know this is no 'formal' receipe but I thought it was worth mentioning.
As I said, I always experiment, and I've had some success at it, but this one came out perfect and I'm going to stick to this for awhile and see if I can duplicate it consistently.
