I got this sample a few weeks ago. By day 3 or 4, my hands felt so much better that I went to Costco and bought some. Be sure to follow directions to the letter, including taking it with food. Otherwise there's a good chance you'll get an upset tummy.

Great! I've been using Puritan's Pride in house brand, but will use a free week of anything for my joints. (Not the cannabis filled ones :1crazy: )
