Weird.
The less that people post here, the more they post at Bard's about the lack of people posting here.
The TRS Deathwatch thread, lacking material, is looking more and more like one of the Axl-socks Hep admiration threads, digging up old stuff to bide their time with.
Just weird.

I havent read bards. I have no interest in any of his drivel. Actually, I dont read any place anymore....except here now and then. Its all the same o same o. History. Bitter people with nothing to do. Stagnate and smelling of old rot. Its over. Stick a fork in it already (aimed at those who are still living in the past).

Pretty soon I wont even have an interest in reading or even posting here any more. Nobody is left and those that are, are like me...this place is an after thought now.

Eh- I'm surviving. Had to take a whack out of my meager IRA to pay the IRS, which they will promptly turn around and give to a bank for an executives multi-million dollar bonus for bringing the bank to a near collapse or something.
Growing season is back and I really need to get the mower out, but it needs a new blade so I've been procrastinating on that.
Things are slow on the business front so just in a 'maintain' mode for now and see if this depression will ever end. Doesn't look like it will be anytime soon based on the continuing rise in unemployment, foreclosure, and business failure numbers.
Really just hoping for no catastrophic equipment failures around the homefront for awhile. I can plod along like this indefinitely as long as no unexpected bills crop up.
Just had the dogs nails trimmed and put flea medicine on the cats. All the usual household stuff that occupies ones day.

Sounds like whats going on here. But Dennis scored a lawnmower at a yard sale for 5 bucks and it works great, so no need to replace our broken blade on the old one. Just start 'er up and get to pushin'..which is what I did.

The economy is supposedly beginning to pick up...but I havent seen it yet. Not that Im selling anything any more. Im playing around with doing etsy again...fiddly farting around with ACEO paintings. Might give it a try, see what happens. Sell 'em cheap, whip 'em out fast.

Anyway...hang in there. This cant last forever. I hope.

Don't bank on it not lasting forever, it can get alot worse long before it even starts to get better.
